Zelos’ Recruiting Service minimizes your time spent on screening for qualified candidates. Time sensitivity increases candidate recruiting and screening well in advance of resumes being sent to you. We offer a minimum of 85% fit to Client Requirements for Go / No Go on Candidate next steps. Candidate quality is not compromised when resumes and interviews are conducted by Zelos’ Technical Interviewers. Zelos’ screening process ensures candidate resume integrity.
Temporary to Direct Hires– allows each client to evaluate each candidate from one month to six months with the option to convert to a direct hire status.
Direct Hires on permanent positions, Zelos has a one-time cost effective finder’s fee. The more clients use Zelos’ Direct Hire Service, the more cost effective the fees become as it scales down to a mutually beneficial rate.
