Stephen H. Chiu, Founder and General Manager
Steve Chiu is a veteran Silicon Valley company owner with over 25 years of engineering and management experience. Prior to starting Zelos, Mr. Chiu worked throughout Silicon Valley as a PTC consultant developing standardized design environments for Fortune 1000 customers. Prior to PTC, Mr. Chiu worked as a Senior Research & Development Engineer at Space Systems/Loral where he won the coveted Space System/Loral Employee Achievement Award and the NASA Ames Graduate Fellowship Award. Mr. Chiu holds a BS and MS in Aeronautical Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA.
Poline Chiu, Director of Human Resources
Poline Chiu is the Human Resources Director with over 20+ years of experience in the HR realm. She began her new journey in the HR realm after achieving success as an engineer in the Aerospace Industry. As an HR professional, she built a well-rounded skill set across diverse HR functions. Motivated by a commitment to establish equitable and competitive pay, aiming not only to attract and retain top talent but also to enhance the overall well-being and satisfaction of both the company and its employees, she deepened her focus in Compensation and Benefits. Crafting rewards packages and establishing a market-aligned pay structure, she played a crucial role in Zelos’ success. Progressing to a detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Specialist and then HR Manager & Analyst, she now serves as an HR Director, excelling in refining pay structures to attract top-tier talent and contribute to ongoing success. Ms. Chiu holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
Clyde Booth, Director Engineering Services High Technology
Clyde Booth has acted as a Director of Engineering at Zelos since 1997 providing consulting, contract engineering, and design support for customers throughout the SiliconValley. Mr. Booth has provided engineering solutions to such marquee companies as Space Systems Loral, Novellus Systems Inc, Cisco Systems Inc, and Applied Materials Inc. With a strong background in CAD, Telecommunications, Aerospace, and Semiconductor Equipment, Mr. Booth is able to offer the level of expertise necessary to develop today’s high technology products with an emphasis on analytical and hands on problem solving, system layout, and integration. Mr. Booth holds a Master of Science Degree from Alfred University, NY.
Daniel Kutty, Director of Resource Development
Daniel Kutty has over 20 years of international experience in personnel management, industrial relations & recruiting functions in Corporate, Consulting & Staffing environment. Mr. Kutty is responsible for providing world-class technology-based staffing solutions for Zelos Management & Operations. Prior to joining Zelos, Mr. Kutty served as a Branch Manager for Staffing America. Mr. Kutty has also worked with TechniPower Inc. and with AutoDesk/NBI. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kutty has served as the Personnel & Welfare Officer with Bhilai Wires Limited, India. Mr. Kutty holds a Masters in Business Administration from RSU and a Master of Arts in Medical & Psychiatry from the Center of Social Science & Research.
