Stephen H. Chiu, Founder and General Manager
Steve Chiu is a veteran Silicon Valley company owner with over 25 years of engineering and management experience. Prior to starting Zelos, Mr. Chiu worked throughout Silicon Valley as a PTC consultant developing standardized design environments for Fortune 1000 customers. Prior to PTC, Mr. Chiu worked as a Senior Research & Development Engineer at Space Systems/Loral where he won the coveted Space System/Loral Employee Achievement Award and the NASA Ames Graduate Fellowship Award. Mr. Chiu holds a BS and MS in Aeronautical Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA.
Poline Chiu, Director of Human Resources
Poline Chiu is the Human Resources Director with over 20+ years of experience in the HR realm. She began her new journey in the HR realm after achieving success as an engineer in the Aerospace Industry. As an HR professional, she built a well-rounded skill set across diverse HR functions. Motivated by a commitment to establish equitable and competitive pay, aiming not only to attract and retain top talent but also to enhance the overall well-being and satisfaction of both the company and its employees, she deepened her focus in Compensation and Benefits. Crafting rewards packages and establishing a market-aligned pay structure, she played a crucial role in Zelos’ success. Progressing to a detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Specialist and then HR Manager & Analyst, she now serves as an HR Director, excelling in refining pay structures to attract top-tier talent and contribute to ongoing success. Ms. Chiu holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
